Upon project completion and full payment, intellectual property rights to custom deliverables are transferred to the client as outlined in individual project contracts.

DTechBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use our services. We strive to provide error-free technology, but inherent software behaviors are out of our full control.
